FCM Frederic Capital Management is an established, independent private markets investor with offices in Düsseldorf and Luxembourg.
We have a diversified investment approach with the overarching goal that our investments increase in value in the long term. To meet this goal, we invest in the private market asset classes of private equity, infrastructure, and private debt, allocating capital to funds and co-investments.
Your role
- Accompanying investment processes for private equity co-investments
- Participating in the sourcing of investment opportunities
- Independently evaluating new investment opportunities
- Creating investment analyses and documents for the investment committee
- Monitoring existing investments and maintaining ongoing communication with lead investors
- Assisting in the preparation of regular investor reports and responding to ad-hoc inquiries
Your profile
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Professional experience (1-3 years) in the areas of transaction consulting, M&A or private equity
- Ability to grasp things quickly and an independent, conscientious, and team-orientated way of working
- Basic understanding of private equity transactions and first-hand experience in financial modelling
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills, other foreign languages would be beneficial
